The Spicy Pineapple
- 1 ea. Portland Pie Co pizza dough or your favorite dough
- ½ cup barbeque sauce
- 8 oz. Pineland Farms Cheddar Curds
- ¼ cup red onion, sliced
- ½ cup hickory smoked ham, cubed
- ¼ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 ea. jalapeño, freshly sliced
- Preheat oven as pizza dough instructs. After stretching dough to desired size, place dough on a pizza stone.
- Spread barbeque sauce evenly over the dough. Evenly distribute Pineland Farms Cheddar Curds, red onions, hickory ham, and pineapple over the crust.
- Follow pizza dough baking directions.
- Sprinkle with freshly sliced jalapeño and slice for service. Enjoy!
