The Spicy Pineapple

Yields 3-4 servings


  •  1-16oz. The Good Crust – 100% Maine Grains Pizza Dough
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce
  • 8 oz. Pineland Farms Cheddar Curds
  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup hickory smoked ham, cubed
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 ea. jalapeño, freshly sliced


  1. Preheat oven as pizza dough instructs. After stretching dough to desired size, place dough on a pizza stone.
  2. Spread barbeque sauce evenly over the dough. Evenly distribute Pineland Farms Cheddar Curds, red onions, hickory ham, and pineapple over the crust.
  3. Follow pizza dough baking directions.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly sliced jalapeño and slice for service. Enjoy!
